Position 1: Transformation Projects Management Officer 

Required Qualification & Experience: Education BA Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field, plus a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Project Management areas. 

Job Summary 

The purpose of this role is to support activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The part requires planning, overseeing, and coordinating different initiatives or projects of the Bank from ideation through to completion by ensuring that all the Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met, desired results are achieved, and the most effective resources are used. 

Position 2: Strategy Implementation and Follow–up Officer   

Required Qualification & Experience 

Education: BA Degree in Business business-related field, plus a minimum of three (3) years’ applicable experience. 

Professional course in related fields( an added advantage). 

Job Summary 

The job holder is responsible for the implementation of the Bank’s commercial strategy, enterprise, and Development, and support in the execution of implementation plans to achieve the bank’s strategic objectives. She supports the strategy implementation and follow-up activities. S/ he ensures that the Bank’s strategic initiatives are implemented successfully and is responsible for the follow-up of the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives.   

Position 3: Senior – Quantity Surveyor 

Required Qualification & Experience 

Education: BSc Degree in volume surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or related field plus a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in building construction projects.  Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying or construction management. 

Job Summary  The job holder is responsible for managing all building construction and conservation project costs, from the original calculations to the final figures. He she works closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and other professionals to manage project costs and ensure completion within the established budget. He she offers expert advice on cost management, contract negotiation, and procurement. He she will also give input in ensuring that construction projects are profitable and financially sustainable. 

Position 4: Principal – Strategic Customer Recruitment Officer 

Required Qualification & Experience 

Education: BA Degree in Social Sciences or Business, preferably in Communications, Public Relations/ Journalism, plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ applicable work experience. 

Professional courses in Marketing (an added advantage) 

Master's in a business-related course (an added advantage) 

Job Summary 

The jobholder is responsible for studying and carrying out Strategic Customer Recruitment tasks to ensure client satisfaction, building on existing customers, and growing the Bank’s customer base. S/ he translates the business plans into acquisition strategies, developing targets, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending the applicable initiatives to achieve the targets of the bank. 

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch 

Required Qualification & Experience 

Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics, plus a minimum of eight (8) years of applicable banking experience, of which three (3) years are in an administrative position. 

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and activity and progress reports.
