Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of health, Education, and Policy Advocacy. It was Established in 2019.
Position 1: Social Worker
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
0-1 year of experience working in pediatric, hospital, or clinical settings preferred.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Salary: Gross salary – ETB 8,000
Location Deborah Specialized Pediatric Clinic, Legetafo Legedadi.
Position 2: Pharmacist
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Valid pharmacy license.
0 – 1 years of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy, preferably in pediatrics.
Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and dosing.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Salary: Gross salary – ETB 12,000
Location Deborah Specialized Pediatric Clinic, Legetafo Legedadi
Position 3: Laboratory Technician
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory from a recognized institution.
Valid professional license.
0 – 1 year of experience in a clinical or pediatric laboratory preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good computer knowledge and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Salary
Gross salary – ETB 12,000

Position 4: Receptionist & Cashier
Qualifications: BSc in accounting
former experience in a customer-facing role; experience in a healthcare setting is favored
introductory computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
Who can speak English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo
