Position 1: Customer Service and Cash Collection Officer 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 
1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or payment/cash collection and related positions 
 We will prioritize experience in real estate. 
Ability to start immediately. 
 Responsibilities 
Act as the first contact point for customers via in-person or digital mechanisms (walkways, calls, emails). 
 Collect the payment and issue a receipt. 
 Record complaints, inquiries, and payment-related requests. 
 Assist in preparing agreements and ensure that all necessary documents are provided. 
 Update payment states on payment follow-up when payment is funded. 
 Facilitate the issuance of receipts for customers and ensure that related documents are reviewed and updated accordingly. 
 Escalate undetermined issues to the Head of Customer Service, ensuring that all relevant information and context are provided to facilitate a timely resolution. 
 Carry out related tasks assigned by the Customer Service Head, such as managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. 
 Place of Work: Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Junior HR Officer 

Qualifications 
 6 months and above Applicable work experience as HR Assistant, recruiter, or in related HR roles 
 Real estate experience is preferable and will be given priority. 
If selected, the candidate must be able to commence the job immediately. 
 Responsibilities 
Assist in managing full-cycle reclamation, including job posting, webbing, interview collaboration, and onboarding. 
 Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate employee records and documentation. 
 Respond to employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and coordinate engagement initiatives. 
 Maintain leave and attendance records and  help in payroll administration. 
 Assist in preparing HR documents, contracts, and  sanctioned letters; provide general HR  executive support. 
 Assist in maintaining and updating employee databases and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality. 
 Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and reporting. 
 Prepare HR reports for internal and management review. 
 Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records.

Position 3: Cashier Accountant 

Qualifications: BSC in Accounting and Finance 
 GPA 3.5 and above 
 No  previous work experience is required (graduates of 2025/2026). 
Womanish candidates will be given priority. 
 Responsibilities 
 Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions; manage petty cash and prepare bank deposits. 
 Prepare payment vouchers, record transactions in the system, and maintain accurate financial documentation. 
 Prepare  customer invoices and verify that collections are properly deposited into the bank. 
 Generate, review, and distribute accurate  checks with supporting attestation. 
Attune daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash; prepare periodic financial reports. 
 Reuse and  corroborate payments for suppliers, remittances, and other expenses. 
 Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and tax regulations. 
 Support audits, manage inventory records, and respond to  customer  fiscal inquiries.
