Position 1: Assistant Teachers
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Academic Qualification: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in assisting with primary, early childhood, or general classroom settings is preferred.
• Skills & Expertise: Demonstrated ability to provide instructional support, patience, effective communication, and the ability to assist with classroom management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Subject Relevance: Degree should be directly related to the subject being taught.
• Skills & Expertise: Good communication skills, up-to-date teaching methods, and a focus on student-centered learning approaches.

Position 3: Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Academic Qualification: A bachelor’s degree (B.A.
or B.Sc.) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Skills & Technical Competency: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and knowledgeable about Ethiopian financial regulations and reporting standards.

Position 4: Head of Finance
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A master's degree (MBA, MSc in Finance) or professional accounting certification like CPA or ACCA is strongly preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial and accounting experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior management position such as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or Chief Accountant.
• Experience working in a K–12 school, college, or private education institution is an advantage.
