Position Common Services Officer
Education
• Bachelor degree from a recognized university, with a major related to business administration, finance, or human resources.
Language
• Advanced level in English (oral and writing)
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fiscal/ budget administration (e.g. accounting operations, tracking with a financial system/ database, extracting, forecasting, analyzing trends, interpreting financial data, producing reports, soothsaying and budget management) Under the direction of the Management and Consular Officer, the Common Services Officer manages logistical execution of program objectives and goals, including but not limited to, budget management, human resources administration, constricting administration, and the management of information and documentation regarding the services in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
The incumbent directly plans, administers, and monitors the Embassy’s budgets, coordinates human resources functions, undertakes contracting, as well as conducts research and analysis to advise Management on original issued and policy matters. The incumbent will provide and createnon-routine information and/ or documentation; provide complex executive support and services; provide services to a different client base and initiate visionary collaboration; supervise staff, as necessary; and perform other duties as needed.
Salary 933,713 ETB annually
Location Addis Ababa
