Position 1 Junior Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS Graduates of years 2022 & 2023G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum accretive GPA of 3.00. Experience No previous experience is required.
Exit Exam is required for 2023G.C fresh graduates Address Aleta wonder, Yirga chef, and Wukro Branches. Addis Ababa Branches( IFB)> Sharia or Islamic Finance knowledge is highly encouraged.
Position 2 Administrative Adjunct
JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma/ 10 3/ Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields with 2 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS MBA/ MA/ BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields with 3.5/5.5 years of experience in applicable fields in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years as an applicable officer position.
