Position 1: Contact Center Agents- For external Contact Center  

Qualifications: MBA/ MA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields  

Experience: 3/4 years’ Experience, of which 1 year was as an Associate Contact Center Agent, or original position & working in the Banking Industry is advantageous.  

Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period

Position 2: Banking Operation Officer  

Qualification: MBA/ MA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Work Experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience, of which 1 year as a Junior banking officer or original  

Job Grade: X  

Salary: As per the scale of the bank  , Work Workplace, Hawasa District Office  

Position 3: Internal Controller  

Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields  

Work experience: 2 years’ General Work Experience, of which 1 year was as a Junior Officer or original position in the Banking Industry.  

Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period..

Position 4: Digital Banking Service Officer

Work Experience: 3 years’ applicable work Experience, of which 1 year was as a Junior Digital Banking Officer or an Original position in the Banking Industry.

Position 5: IT and Hardware Technician
