Position 1 Cash Management Officer  

Qualification BA in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or any other related fields.  

Experience 3 years of applicable banking experience of which one/ 1 year as a Junior Cash Management Officer position.  

Purpose of the Job To support the  nonstop vacuity and optimal utilization of the Bank’s cash by arranging for timely cash supply and collection to/ from branches and Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)  

Specific Functions  

• Maintain daily cash position by utilizing and analyzing cash receipts and disbursements;  

• Support in periodically revising cash holding limits for all branches and ATMs;  

• Prepare reports on the purchase & sale of foreign cash notes and timely replenishment of correspondent bank accounts;  

• Originate transactions and countersign on tickets vouchers;  

• Receive and deliver cash from/ to Cash Dispatchers and coordinate Cash Dispatchers in cash consignment activities.  

• Balance and check cash book against the general ledger and physical cash;  

• Replenish cash on Automatic Teller Machines( ATMs). Keep binary custody of cash original documents of the Bank and signatures initials of cashiers tellers of the Bank.  

• Deposit and withdraw cash to/ from the Issue Account at the National Bank of Ethiopia for replenishing the vault.  

• Handle  fresh affiliated assignments as deemed necessary;

Position 2 Customer Service Administrative – II.  

Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum effectiveness; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.  

Specific Functions  

• Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities

• Administer the Primary Vault dually with the Branch Operation Manager/ Branch director;  

• Admit, corroborate, lodge, and withdraw cash to/ from Primary and Secondary Vault;  

• Receive or dispatch a consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;  

• Verify the  diurnal cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped, and initialed  

• Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify  guests,  

• Perform other duties as required.  

Place of Work Gambella,  

Position 3 Branch Manager Grade – I  

Qualification BA in Banking and finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operation position.  

Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong client relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.  

Specific Functions  

• Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization activity of the branch by organizing  

• and effectively coordinating the branch workforce;  

• Aggressively engage in marketing and promotional activities by communicating with customers about the products and services available in the bank;  

• summary accounts of the branch and apply strict follow-up on controllable charges;  

• Ensure that transactions are authorized incontinently and end-of-business cycle processes are done on a timely base.
