Position 1: Junior Purchaser
Qualifications: Diploma/ degree in Accounting, Property Administration, or business administration. Preparing purchase orders and sending them to suppliers. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the stylish bid among implicit suppliers. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products to meet force requirements.
Maintain and modernize supplier information, including contact details, product specifications, and performance evaluations. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure profitable terms
Position 2: Junior Accountant
Qualifications: Diploma/ degree in Account with 1/0 years maintaining financial records and general checks by recording transactions, journal entries, and adjustments accurately and timely
Prepare and process checks, bills, expenditure reports, and other financial documents for payment or reimbursement, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts outstanding, accounts delinquent, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records.
Position 3: Junior Store Keeper
Qualifications: Diploma/ degree in Accounting, Property Administration, business administration with 1/0 Years
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock Maintain accurate stock records and force situations.
Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner
Track and manage dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery
Perform regular force checkups to corroborate stock situations
Generate inventory reports for management review.
Position 4: Production and technique supervisor
Qualifications: Diploma/ degree in mechanical and Electrical engineering with 1/0 years
Supervising and overseeing the product line to ensure machinery runs easily and products meet established norms.
Training and managing product labor force, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
Collaborating with other department managers to synchronize production processes in alignment with broader functional pretensions.
Perform routine Examinations of machinery and equipment to identify any defects, malfunctions, or maintenance needs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance activities
