Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function
• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to the Cash Administrator
• Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
• Issues and signs Payment Instruments
• Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
• Initiates DRS gregarious transfers
• Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
Qualification
• Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Deals, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum accretive GPA of 3.00.
• No previous experience is required.
• Age ≤ 25
• Exit Exam is required

Position 2: Senior Property Management Officer
Essential Function
• Analyses the existing property management systems and validates periodically to be on the right track on property management;
• Initiates and collaborates with the Division Manager on having applicable policies and procedures for property management;
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs property management systems of the Bank;
• Designs applicable systems of property management and implements properly;
• Enables( continually trainers and trains) the applicable own staff to duly handle the diurnal routines in property operation;
• Herself/ himself does the routines of property operation works to cover the continuum of workshops involved in the property operation function so that workshops are done in as important fair number of staff;
• Ensures and handles fixed asset enrollment through attachment and general records in hard and soft clones;
• Thinks of robotization mechanisms
• duly follows up on the proper functioning of parcels, through follow-up with a responsible person for conservation, ensures timely conservation of parcels, and proper timely disposal of parcels;
• Return and transfer fixed assets as per requests and modernize their train immediately
• Reconcile PFMD fixed asset records with the FAD records every month
• Ensure and handle returned damage particulars are reported to FAD to relative deprecation incontinently
• Ensures and handles coordination of periodic fixed asset force and rectification based on the results of the force;
• Ensures timely actions on mishandling or misplacement( including theft) of properties by any staff member of the Bank;
• Ensures, handles, and follows up house rent enrollment through subsidiary and general records in hard and soft copies;
• Ensure and handle the bank’s owned properties and acquired properties as per their
• Prepare and submit daily, daily, and Periodic reports
• Perform other duties as required
Qualification BA/ MBA/ MA Purchasing and inventories, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields 5.5/ 3.5 years of experience in applicable fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years as an applicable officer position

Position 3: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division
Essential Function
• Supervise and manage the audit follow-up team to ensure that the company Audit regime, including completion of audits within a planned audit program across the bank;
• Conducts special investigation on fraud acts alleged to be committed in the Bank;
• Develop inspection schedules and define areas of audit and inspection for the comprehensive analysis of the overall operations of the bank;
• Examines and analyses in detail the accounting and financial records of the bank to verify the accuracy of accounting procedures;
• Prepares yearly report detailing activities carried out and inspection findings;
• Undertakes detailed inspection activities to measure the degree of compliance of operations to set standards, work procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of the bank;
• Acts as a team leader in the follow-up and investigation of fraud, embezzlement, and discrepancies of a complex nature;
• Appraises the adequacy and effectiveness of established control systems and procedures; recommends procedural changes or improvements;
• Summarize branch audit reports and submit compiled reports to the director.
• Participate in the training of bank staff members
• Communicate with the bank’s external auditors concerning inquiries and clarifications required.
• Prepare Audit checklist.
• Participate in the preparation of the monthly budget of the Department.
• Perform other activities as required by the immediate supervisor
Qualification BA/ MBA, MA in Accounting, Banking and Finance Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 8.5/ 6.5 years of experience preferably in banking industry of which 2 years as a senior Inspector position.
