Position 1 Senior Policy and Examination Officer
Job Summary
Draft revised regulations, directives, investment policies, and background papers;
Organize stakeholders and collect their feedback before issuing a new directive or revising being directive or regulation;
Clarify regulations and directives to internal and external stakeholders, in consultation with the Chief Policy and Examination Officer;
Assess continuously the effectiveness of issued regulations and directives;
Require fiscal institutions to timely sign membership contracts and follow- up on their cessation of membership;
Prepare formats to collect data from NBE and member financial institutions;
Participate in the examination of member financial institutions;
Prepare sectional examination reports;
Providing feedback to complaints of member financial institutions in consultation with a responsible organ of the Fund;
Preparing recommendations to apply risk-based decoration assessment, automation of premium collection, and target funding ratio;
Draft periodic plan and periodic progress report of the team;
Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of policy and fund management function and as requested by the Fund, and Conduct regular follow-up on member financial institutions to timely collect premiums.

Required Qualification
BA Degree or over in Economics, Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Business Management.
Minimum of 6 years of experience for a BA Degree or 4 years for a Master's Degree holder, in deposit insurance, in supervision of financial institutions, and core functions of a financial institution Age limit Not exceeding 40 years

Position 2 Senior Procurement and Property Administration Officer
Job Summary
Prepare and revise policies and procedures for procurement and property administration;
Prepare periodic procurement and property administration plans in consultation with other organs of the Fund;
Accomplish procurement process and property administration in line with policies and procedures of the Fund;
Prepare and update suppliers list, manage vendor relationships, and keep records of all procurement transactions as applicable;
Prepare specifications and bid documents in consultation with user work units of the Fund;
Identify and propose stylish procurement methods to procure goods, services, and works;
Collect Performa invoices from suppliers;
Evaluate bid documents and supplies ability and negotiate contracts;
Prepare purchase orders and agreements for successful bidders and ensure terms and conditions are fulfilled;
Manage and monitor contract of procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods and timely payment;
Identify and record surplus, damaged, and obsolete stock items or fixed assets and take necessary measures as per the programs and procedures of the Fund;
Execute periodic insurance renewal process and ensure the Fund has acceptable cover for its properties; record and report accident claims of insurance company and follow- up the claim until settlement;
Control and monitor inventory utilization of the Fund; Manage inventory stocks, office equipment, office furniture, and vehicles of the Fund;
Prepare periodic progress reports promptly; and Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of procurement and property administration function and as requested by the Fund.
