Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job demand
Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with a BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
No previous experience is required.
Age ≤ 25
An Exit Exam is required

Job Requirement
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 1 year on a Senior Customer Service Officer or original position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields with 1.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 6 months in a CSS position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
8th/ 10h Grade & Driving license public level I or Old 3rd level license, Dry Cargo with 2 years of service in driving and automatic workshop, skills on servicing/ maintaining vehicle, Good communication & interpersonal skills, teamwork, customer orientation & problem solving.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MA/ MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 times of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B/ or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
