Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, political economy or connected fields with minimum accumulative measure of 3.00. Or one year small Finance establishment as client service specialist or two years of service on sales in any service organization.
Experience: No previous expertise is needed.

Position 2: Customer Service Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA in sales, marketing, Management, Accounting and connected fields with two years of expertise or certificate within the same fields with four years of expertise in banking operation and client handling.
Address: New Flower, Bahir Dar, Injibara, woreta and dangela.
Position 3: Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and different connected fields with three.5 years of expertise in banking operation, of that a minimum of one year on Senior client Service Officer or equivalent position.
