Position Sales Officer
Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or any field with Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills Experience isn't mandatory
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other information processing software.
Excellent organizing ability
Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic language
Responsibilities
- Identifying and prospecting implicit business clients for delivery services
- Building and maintaining strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Understanding the unique needs and requirements of B2B clients and tailoring delivery solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth and effective delivery processes
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with guests, icing profitability for the company
- Furnishing regular reports and updates on sales activities, client feedback, and request insights to sales management
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand the customer base.
