ETHIO EXCELLENCE ACADEMY is located in AkakiKality Subcity, Addis Ababa. The school was established in 1998 G.C. when Mrs. Amelework Abebe had a vision to establish a school that would serve quality education for the community and the country at large. At the time of establishment, Ethio National School has registered only 50 students through KG – Grade 1. Due to the founder’s grim effort, the students’ number boosted since its original establishment. The school presently serves grades KG- 12 and has an enrollment of nearly 4000 scholars, 250 professional staff members and a paraprofessional support staff of 125.
Position 1: Kindergarten Main Teachers
Diploma/ Certificate inPre-Primary Teaching or related field of study with ZERO years of experience with an excellent command of speaking and writing English language
Position 2: Assistant Teachers (Primary and Kindergarten)
Fresh graduates with any field of study.
Willing to take part in a two- week long training session on Teaching Methodologies and other applicable topics related to the job. This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

Position 3: Primary Teachers
Ed. or B.Sc. Degree with PGDT Diploma
English, Spoken English, Amharic, Mathematics, English, Spoken English and Science Teachers
Information Technology( ICT), Performing and Visual Arts, HPE and Moral Education Teachers
Position 4: Kindergarten Directors and Unit Leaders (Only Females)
Ed./ BA/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.A./ in Educational Planning and Management( EDPM) with a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience in administrating famed KG private schools.
Position 5: Primary School Directors and Unit Leaders
M.A. in Educational Planning and Management( EDPM) with a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience in administrating famed primary private schools
Position 6: Accountant
B.A. in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Position 7: Guidance and Counselor
Ed./ BA/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.A./ in Counseling Psychology or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a guidance and counselor in a school environment
Position 8: Librarian
B.Ed./ BA/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.A./ in Library Science/ Information Systems or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Librarian
Position 9: Pedagogy Head
B.A. in Arts and Crafts or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a school environment in pedagogy
