The following additional competency and qualities are required-
Participates, assists, and supervisor in preparations of mortal resource and succession plans of the company;
Review internal and external vacancy announcements and submit for blessing;
Facilitates and coordinates original screening of internal and external applicants and ensures that the shortlisting is properly processed as per the criteria and procedures of the Company;
Arrange and organize competence ratings, written examinations, interview sessions, and reference checks;
Records and keeps minutes of reclamation and promotion process; notifies selected applicants;
Participates in processing promotion summarizing qualification of staff from submitted CVs, contacting and informing candidates on interviews and examination dates and venues, keeps minutes, and other documentation;
Participates in training need assessment( TNA) questionnaire development that supports mortal capacity building programs;
Participates in supervising and facilitating training programs including arrangement of venues and logistics;
Records periodic leave checks and verifies attendance sheets calculates leave
Participates in benefits administration checks entitlement with company’s policy, labor, and other applicable law provisions;
