Position 1: Driver
Required Qualification and Experience: Education Diploma/ Certificate in Auto mechanics, and a Valid minimum of a 3rd-grade driving license.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, with a good driving record.
Good skills in driving and safely and properly handling vehicles and goods, suitable to perform all duties associated with operating a vehicle.
Must be suitable to accept and follow detailed instructions, provide driving skills, and good background
Ability to work effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints. Work independently with minimum supervision and perform other duties as required and as assigned by the senior logistics manager or dispatcher.
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship-building, developing and maintaining contacts, and working with staff within and outside the Institute. Willingness and experience in traveling to different parts of the country.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and spoken) in English and Amharic( knowing indigenous languages is obligatory).
Term of Employment: One year with possibility of extension.
Required Number Two

Position 2: Senior Logistics Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education MSc/ BSc degree. Preferred in Business Administration, Management, logistics, and supply management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of applicable experience for a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of applicable experience for a master’s degree. Hands-on experience in providing logistic support services with government, international, or non-government organizations.
Familiar with logistics practices and procedures similar to fleet tracking, contract administration, web-based data capturing, analysis, property, and transport management.
Proven logical and written presentation skills and ability to communicate with several internal and external stakeholders.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and/ or logistics programs, including report writing skills (Outlook and MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Good communication in English, both in writing & verbally.
Particular qualities, including strong moral relations & interpersonal and communication skills, are suitable for teamwork & synergy, responsiveness, visionary thinking, and security.

Position 3: Senior Project Officer III – Agribusiness in skills
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: minimum master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant/ Crop Sciences, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or other related fields Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience in the implementation of youth and women-focused initiatives along the crop value chains Strong specialized experience in grain and horticulture value chains, including product,post-harvest management, and agro-processing and marketing
Experience in green energy projects is also extensive experience in implementing and managing donor-funded systems focused on the establishment of youth and women- based women-based agri-enterprises
Experience in supporting transportation, installation, and calibration of crop processing machinery
Very good experiences in business plan development, business advisory, and agri-entrepreneurship development. The role holder will have frequent or ferocious contact with program participants as they will be responsible for implementing and monitoring program activities.
