EEC- Construction alone would grow into a conglomerate of several business units, including Piling, underground and foundation Works, fit-out, Energy( Solar results), electro-mechanical Solution, Facility Management, Landscape, and Construction Accoutrements Production.

Scope of the role: To support the On-Site: Engineering per the applicable scope requirements, ensuring that all installation/ statutory/ consultants/ original authorities approvals and guidelines are applied on site at all times and that the Contract Specifications and Conditions are upheld as per the Company QA/ QC policies. Staff & Labor Performance Efficiencies are to be recorded and reported daily to senior management.
Contract Engineering documentation and Delivery requirements are to be disseminated by the Site Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement/ construction/handover periods of the project.
Ensure that material submittals are issued with the applicable consultant's requirements and that the site teams have usable and up-to-date information. A register must be put in place and maintained at all times.
Ensure that all system Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/ QA- QC procedures.
This information must also be recorded on a usable platform. Make sure that all compliance statements, testing and commissioning, reserves, guarantees, and delivery period conditions are upheld at all times. Support procurement/ long lead point schedule in tandem with your line managers, project engineers, indicating delivery dates and the status of the pending material/ s deliveries, and follow up delivery dates whilst recording any issues which may impact programme delivery.
Control the dissemination of contractual documents( drawings, contracts, specifications) – usable drawings and information must be issued to the applicable point platoon members to be suitable to carry out the workshop per the specifications and contract conditions within the time frame of the programme.
Changes to the compass of workshop compass must be communicated to the Commercial Team immediately.
Manage the on-site Drawing Control and As Built Information, making sure that all drawings are checked and signed off previous to issuing to the applicable team members – a daily record of drawing updates and change requirements must be kept at all times, indicating applicable changes to the built systems.
Uphold and maintain the QA/ QC requirement of the project and make sure that the installations are checked and signed off by the applicable team members previous to issuing inspection documentation.
You'll also be expected to carry out management of full material take-offs and issue the applicable measurables in tandem with the SEs & CMs, and confirm compliance requirements are adhered to at all times. Make sure that project team efficiencies are recorded and reported to your senior directors, and make sure that detainments, stoppages, constraints, and diversions are recorded daily and issued to the point diary or design manager.
Make sure that Testing & Commissioning Conditions, Spares Conditions, Bond and disfigurement Liability Ages are understood during the closing out period of the contract, and that all written compliance is agreed and signed off by the responsible parties.
