Ethiopost is a state- owned enterprise( SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It's the designated postal operator( DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation( USO). The postal sector has been impacted by numerous disruptions resulting from digitization and more recently the COVID- 19 pandemic. Position 1 Database Admin IV
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of applicable experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or related field.
• Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools.
• Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards
• Experience with database technologies(e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating systems and networking protocols
