Ethiopost is a state-owned enterprise( SOE) tasked with the establishment and expansion of postal services in the country. It's the designated postal operator( DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation( USO). The postal sector has been impacted by numerous disruptions resulting from digitization and more lately the COVID-19 pandemic. Position 1 Office Attendant
Education
Diploma in management or related filed
Experience
College Diploma TVET level III with 0 times of experience or TVET level II with 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and relay important information to the applicable personnel.
Maintain a neat and orderly office environment as well as monitored and restocked office inventories, including stationery, equipment, and pantry items

Position 2 Graphic Designer
Education
BA/ BSC Degree in any field and applicable experience in graphics design
Experience

Familiarity with design software and technologies( similar to Design, illustrator, and Photoshop) Proven graphic designing experience.
Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques

Position 3 Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Education
Degree in business, marketing, digital, and advertising
Experience

Proficiency in creating colorful types of content for different types of audiences and platforms. Proven experience in digital marketing. Ability to edit videos & photos
