EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs. EthSwitch is mandated to Create Interoperability between financial institutions, implement the Domestic Payment Scheme, provide the National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Interconnectivity for clearing & settlement, and provide Shared Platform/ Infrastructure services. Position 1: Cleaner/ Messenger I
for a definite period of two years)
Qualification: Elementary School completed. The main responsibilities of a Cleaner/ Messenger are to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, following well-established routines, in an assigned building or building areas, using proper methods and materials in cleaning. S/ he also serves as an office messenger within the building of company.

Special training
introductory military training.
Responsible for protecting company premises, assets, and people. Ensures gates, doors, and equipment are secure, checks callers and vehicles, and reports suspicious activity. Maintains a polite and respectful approach while ensuring safety at all times.

Position 3: Domestic Payment Scheme Expert
Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payment systems, digital financial services, or scheme management.
3 years of hands-on experience with React or AngularJS front-end development.
Demonstrated experience in UI/ UX design and end-to-end web portal delivery.
Core Technical Capabilities
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ TypeScript, and element-based design.
Proficiency in ReactJS or AngularJS frameworks with hands- on perpetration.
Familiarity with peaceful APIs and secure front-end integration practices (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
UI/ UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. L
Git, CI/ CD pipelines, and front-end testing tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
