• Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Experience Proven experience( at least 10 years) in leading and managing access to finance programs, preferably in conflict-affected surroundings.

Position 2: Field Agents for Financial Literacy and VSLA Promotion
• Required number,
• Education Minimum of BA degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience Proven experience in delivering financial literacy training or community development programs, preferably in conflict-affected or pastoral areas.
• Place of work Addis Ababa
• Salary As per the organization scale
Position 3: A2F Lead and Deputy Team Leader/ Technical
• Required number,
• Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Experience Proven experience( at least 8 years) in designing and implementing access to finance programs, preferably in conflict-affected contexts.
• Place of work Addis Ababa
