Position 1 – Sinior Treasury Accountant  

Qualification BA Degree in Accounting and Accounting & Finance graduate from  honored university.  

Experience four( 4) years relative experience  

Duties and liabilities

Record diurnal collections and payments on  separate bank book of commercial accounts. grease bank accounts opening and maintain proper record of opened and closed bank accounts and manages relationship with  customer Banks. Manage petty cash allocated for business units or departments as assigned by the managing director in discussion with the Finance Manager and the  separate line  director. Collect earnings of the Company by cheques, attune cash deals  checks using cash register Machine and with “ Z Report ”.

Prepare colorful payment instructions, CPO, bank transfer and  insure that all banks deals recorded & maintained in the system. Check and  corroborate all payments, receivables and prepare cash inflow related reports. insure  securing and effective attestation of fiscal documents under company  guardianship.

Collect all important  force and finance documents from branches. Follow credit deals and purchase agreements and necessary affiliated documents and collect unconditional bank Guarantee with in specific time period. Prepare of storeroom report like cash inflow and loan reports. Review of account deals to  insure  delicacy and  punctuality for reporting.  Manage cash overflows and disbursements. Prepare yearly bank rapprochements report. help periodic, Yearly and daily  cast of cash conditions and execute diurnal backing opinions.  

Examiner bank service  freights and address quality issues. insure compliance on financial programs and bribes to maintain good internal control system and  functional processes for internal and external  inspection review.  help in ending of accounts during month end at company and departmental position within quested timelines.   Perform fibnanciall duties and liabilities assigned by the immediate Skills and actions Effective Finance skill  

Good communication and Effective platoon erecting skill

Good relationship withco-workers Computer skill (Peachtree and other fiscal operation software)  

Acceptable knowledge of IFRS Proven experience in storeroom operation. Strong marketable mindfulness and understanding of threat operation  

Position 2 – Senior Human Resource Officer  

Qualification BA degree in Human Resource Management or any other relative filed from  honored university.  

Experience 4 years and above hands on mortal coffers operation experience.

Position 3 – Senior Fleet Supervisor  

Qualification BA Degree in Logistic and  force chain operation or any another related fields from  honored university 

Experience four (4) years in line or logistics transportation  administrator position or relative.  Duties and liabilities  Monitoring, supervising,  guiding, and cleave effective and strict  motorist schedules.  Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and  examination program.  Develop strategies to  icing that company  programs are followed regarding vehicle  conservation, accident  forestallment, energy  effectiveness, and other driving practices. Assisting in the reclamation Interviewing, discipline, and termination of  motorists and hiring new  workers, including performing background checks as demanded and establishing procedures for hand performance evaluations. Tracking  motorist attendance, health, and other statuses. icing  motorists ’ adherence to applicable transport regulations(e.g., Hours of Service compliance). acclimatize applicable information system and technologies with route and operations. Maintaining constant communication with  motorists. Training  motorists on  threat  operation and safety protocols norms

Position 4 – General Service & Property Administrator  

Qualification BA Graduate in HR,  operation, Public Administration, Business Administration and affiliated filed from Recognized University.  Experience Six( 6) times in affiliated experience.  Chops and actions  

Good Communication, Leadership, Decision making skill.  Good Problem-  working and Time operation skill.  

Good skill in attention to details.  

Good communication in Amharic and Affanne Oromo is advantegious.  

Position 5 – Sinior ICT Officer  

Qualification BSC degree in a computer wisdom, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology or affiliated field from Recognized University.  

Experiencefour( 4) years relative experience. Skills and actions Good knowledge in  tackle installation, software, security and networking technology. 

Ability to manage and modernize the social media and website.

Ability of strong knowledge of desktop support for Microsoft operating systems and  operations and troubleshooting, TCP/ IP and introductory network generalities, and publishing technologies( Ray, Thermal, Inkjet,etc.).

Moderate understanding of routers, switches, and networking technology.  

Position 6 – Internal Auditor  

Qualification Mama or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Account and Finance from honored university  

Experience six( 4) years of applicable experience for Mama or eight( 6) years for BA, including at least three( 2) years of inspection experience in  analogous associations, is  needed for both.
