በዚህም መሰረት በሥራና ክህሎት ሚኒስቴር የለማውን የኢትዮጵያ የሥራ ገበያ መረጃ ስርዓት (E-LMIS) በመጠቀም ከመላ የሀገሪቱ ክፍሎች 1,504 መስፈርቱን የሚያሟሉ ብቁ ሰራተኞች ይፈለጋሉ
