Position 1: Junior Real Estate Sales Agent
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: At least 6 months of sales experience, ideally in the real estate sector
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Gross monthly salary of ETB 22,327.59 plus a 4% commission
Number of Positions: 200
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and follow up with potential customers
- Promote residential and commercial properties using networking, referrals, social media, and field outreach
- Present properties and assist customers during the sales process
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Keep in touch with potential buyers regularly.
- Meet assigned sales targets
- Keep detailed records of customer contacts and sales activities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Real Estate Sales Agent
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Gross monthly salary of ETB 30,948.28 plus a 4% commission
Number of Positions: 100
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads and transform them into customers
- Promote apartments and commercial properties using networking, referrals, social media, and field activities
- Conduct property presentations and guide customers through the sales process
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Follow up with potential buyers and negotiate sales
- Achieve sales goals and support the team's overall performance
- Maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Special Real Estate Sales Agent
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience may qualify if they have strong social media sales abilities, at least 10,000 followers, and proven results in lead generation.

Salary: Gross monthly salary of ETB 43,017.24 plus a 4.5% commission
Number of Positions: 100
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert high-quality real estate leads
- Promote properties using digital marketing, social media, networking, and field efforts
- Utilize social media and personal networks to generate leads and attract buyers.
- Conduct property presentations and guide customers through the sales process
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Negotiate sales and meet sales targets
- Track lead generation and keep accurate sales records
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a related field
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a proven record of at least 200 successful sales
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Gross monthly salary of ETB 74,051.72 plus a 1% commission
Number of Positions: 10
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and support real estate sales agents
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure team objectives are met
- Develop sales strategies to promote residential and commercial properties
- Monitor sales leads, customer follow-ups, negotiations, and completed transactions
- Coach and guide sales agents to improve their performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and potential buyers
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
