Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimum practical experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain financial records, including accounts outstanding and delinquent, general ledger entries, and bank rapprochements.
Assist in the preparation of yearly, daily, and periodic financial statements and reports.
Support budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Process checks, payments, and expenditure claims in line with organizational policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing and preparation
Collaborate with design and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate fiscal information.

Position 2: Livelihood and Food Security Specialist
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: PhD or MSc in Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, Food Security, Rural Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years (PhD) or 6 years (MSc) of proven professional experience in livelihood and food security research, programming, or consultancy.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing livelihood, food security, or pastoral development programs.
Strong logical, research, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Position 3: Project Coordinator
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: PhD, MSc, or MPH in Public Health, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years (PhD) or 6 years (MSc/MPH) of proven professional experience in research and consultancy.
A candidate with a Medical Doctor (MD) background is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential.
