Position 1: Junior Accountant 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: A Degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university 
Main Duties and Responsibilities 
Manage general learners 
Posing Journal Entries to general Lagers 
Collect necessary documents for payment Preparation 
Prepare Payments 
Handling petty cash, preparing cheques, and making payments 
To keep documents well-organized 
Maintaining accounts delinquent and accounts outstanding 
Analyse balance sheets, manage general ledger accounts 
Willing to assist with  colorful company tasks both in and out of the office 
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential, along with the willingness to work in finance-related activities 
Prepare yearly governmental reports  similar to tax issues & submit them to the concerned authorities promptly 
Interest in finance 
Support and will be highly willing to assist accountants and senior accountants 
Good communication & interpersonal skills

Position 2: Senior Purchase Officer 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Management, and related field from a reputable university 
Experience minimum of 5 years and above work experience in purchasing & supply chain management. 
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices. 
Excellent verbal & spoken communication 
Develop applicable skills in the purchasing process 
Strong time management 
Good knowledge of computer skills. 
Goal-oriented, organized team player

Position 4: Property Administration Officer 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, and Finance Accounting, Supply Management, and related fields from a recognized university 
Experience: 3 years and above Experience in Property Administration. 
Maintain and update the proper inventory master list of all Assets of the organization 
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs 
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair activities 
Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards 
Coordinate property renovations and upgrades 
Respond to emergencies and coordinate applicable responses
