Position 1: Innovation and Research Officer  

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field  
Experience Required: At least 2 years of relevant experience  
Work Location: Head Office  

Position 2: Senior Innovation and Research Officer  

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field  
Experience Required: At least 4 years of relevant experience  
Work Location: Head Office  

Position 3: Executive Secretary (Chief Offices)  

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field  
Experience Required: At least 5 years of relevant experience  
Work Location: Head Office  

Position 4: Executive Secretary (CEO)  

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management  
Experience Required: At least 6 years of experience in secretarial roles  
Work Location: Head Office  

Position 5: Branch Manager I  

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field  
Experience Required: At least 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in accountant positions  
Work Location: Eastern Addis Ababa District and Western Addis Ababa District (City Branches)  

Position 6: Director – Customer Relationship Management Department  

Minimum Education: Master’s degree (MA/MBA/MSc) or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field  
Experience Required: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial position  
Work Location: Head Office  

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
