Position 1: Customer Service Officer – IFB
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in management, economics, accounting and finance, marketing, banking and finance, business administration, or any related business field.
- Experience: 1 year of work experience in banking operations.
- Relevant Experience: Preference for experience in Interest-Free Banking (IFB).
- Place of Work: Adama Branch, Dire Dawa Branch, Jigjiga Branch, Addis Ababa Branch, and Jimma Branch.
- Salary: As per the Bank Scale (Attractive).
- Employment Type: Permanent.
Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in management, economics, accounting and finance, marketing, banking and finance, business administration, or any related business field.
- Experience: 3 years of work experience in banking operations.
