Position 1 Human Resource Officer  

Education and experience required for the profession Bachelor’s degree in management,  human resource management, public administration, personnel Management, graduate in business administration or business management and having 2 years of applicable work experience;  

Salary and Benefits Salary Birr 6,118, Professional Allowance Birr 700, Transport Allowance Birr 1000 per month;  

Location Main Office (Addis Ababa)  

Position 2 Sinior human resource training and development expert  

Education level and work experience required for the profession  Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Management and Human Resource Management from a recognized educational institution.  degree or graduate with a master’s degree;  

   • 7 and 5 years of applicable work experience in the specified field respectively;  

   • Short- term training management certificate holder;  

• Experienced in preparing training manuals;  

   • Experienced in providing training;  

Salary and Benefits Salary 11,924 Birr, Professional Allowance 1000 Birr, Transport Allowance 1900 Birr;  

Location Main Office( Addis Ababa)  

The work experience requested is experience acquired after graduation from the educational program.
