Position Manager, Talent Program Execution
Qualification MA/ MBA degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields
Experience Six( 6) years for a Master’s and Eight( 8) years for a Bachelor’s degree applicable experience in the Human Resource Development area; Of which three( 2) are in administrative positions.
• IFB exposure is an added advantage. The Talent Program Execution Manager is responsible for designing and implementing talent programs aligned with the bank’s HR strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing harmonious talent policies and processes, including talent sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning. The manager will monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Learning and development initiatives, measure their impact on business goals, and make necessary adjustments. They will lead the development of Performance management. The Talent Program Execution Manager plays a vital role in driving the bank’s talent management initiatives and ensuring the success and growth of its employees
