Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of banking experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operations. experience.
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
People required: 3
Duty station: Manbuk, Gonder, Yebu, Dima, Nekemte, Haro Dumal, Werqa (West Arsi), Bule Hora, Qore
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience.
Knowledge of IFB will be Advantageous

Duty station Addis Ababa, Woldia, Shire, Agarfa, Dire Dawa, Seka Chekors, Jigjiga, Serbo
Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience.
Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Position 5: Learning and Development Senior Officer
Qualification: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years for a Master’s and five (5) years for a Bachelor’s degree with applicable experience.
IFB Certification is Advantageous
Duty station: Head office
Position 6: Manager, Human Capital Center of Expertise
Qualification: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Eight (8) years for a Master’s and ten (10) years for a Bachelor’s of applicable experience, of which 4 years of experience in directorial positions.
IFB Certification is Advantageous
Duty station: Head office
Position 7: Manager, Procurement & Contract Management
Qualification: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Eight( 8) years for Master’s and Ten( 10) years for Bachelor’s of applicable experience, of which (4) years of experience in administrative positions.
IFB Certification is Advantageous
Duty station: Head Office (Addis Ababa) Position 8 Manager, Human Capital Center of Expertise
Qualification: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Eight (8) years for a Master’s and ten (10) years for a Bachelor’s of applicable experience, of which 4 years of experience in directorial positions. IFB Certification is Advantageous
