Hijra Bank SC would like to invite competent, Qualified, and interested candidates for the following positions.  

Position 1: Call Centre Operator  

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields  

Work Experience  

One (1) year of experience in a call Centre  

Duty station: Head office  

Position 2: Digital Financing Officer I  

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields  

Work Experience 

Two (2) years of related Banking experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.  

Duty station: Head office  

Position 3: Branch Manager I  

Qualification  

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 

Work Experience  

Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience.

Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

People required 4  

Duty station: Addis Ababa, Wolkite, and Butajira  

Position 4: Customer Service Officer II  

Qualification

Bachelor’s: degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.  

Work Experience  

Two( 2) years of banking experience.  

IFB training Certification is advantageous.  

Number of people required: 6  

Duty station: Addis Ababa 

Position 5: Manager, Digital Channels  

Qualification  

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.  

Work Experience  

Eight (8) years for Master's and ten (10) years for Bachelor's with applicable experience, of which (4) years of experience in administrative positions of Digital Banking. IFB Certification is profitable

Head office  

Note: Training in IFB is advantageous.
