Position 1 – Customer Services Officer- I for Mekelle  

Required Qualification and Experience  Education Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.  

Experience 1( One) Year applicable experience in a Bank Competencies Required  Understands the introductory mechanisms of general fiscal products and services.  Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures. Ability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.  

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system 

Position 2 – Senior Customer Service Officer for Mekelle  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.  

Experience 5 (Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank  Competencies Required Understand the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.  

Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.

Capability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.  

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system  

Position 3 – Customer Services Officer- II for Mekelle  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.  

Experience 2 (Two) Years applicable experience in a Bank  

Competencies Required Understand the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.  Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounts and procedures.  

Ability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.  

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system 

Position 4 – Branch Manager I for Mekele  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies.  

Required Experience  Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as a Customer Services Manager or original role.

Excellent team building and  logical skills Ability to work under pressure  

Sufficient knowledge of ultramodern management techniques;  

Excellent organizational skills;  

Ability to distribute sales targets and production  pretensions to staffers and manage achievement;  

Knowledge of marketable business law, sector rules, and regulations;  

Results and customer Leadership and  mortal resources management skills
