Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of banking operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 2: Senior Architect (Full-Time Contract)
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: Master’s in Architecture 6 years’ experience or Bachelor’s 8 years
Completed 10 architectural projects on time and within budget.
Professional Architect License (PPAR) from Ethiopian authority.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM coordination tools
Experience in preparing drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.
I have the capability to assist the project manager in overseeing and coordinating operations at the bank.
Strong communication, decision-making, and attention to design quality.
Knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and standards is an advantage.
High attention to detail, design quality, and architectural aesthetics.

Position 3: Project Manager (Contract/Freelance Basis)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (master's favored).
Experience: 12 years in construction project management, including 8 years managing design phase of large-scale projects
Proven experience in high-rise or large mixed-use buildings (30 bottoms preferred).
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and bank owner-side supervision.

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six years of banking operations experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.
