Position 1: Customer Service Officer 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Two( 2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer 

Qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field 
Experience Three( 3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required 3 
Duty Station Kebri Dehar, Gode & Degahabur 

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor 

Qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields. 
Experience Four( 4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required 5 
Duty Station Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar & Dire Dawa 

Position 4: Branch Manager

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Six( 6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in administrative positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be profitable. 
People required 5 
Duty Station Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar & Dire Dawa 

Position 5: Office Service Attendant

Qualification Diploma in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Two( 2) years of applicable experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station Head office 

Position 6: Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
 Experience Six Six( 6) years of applicable experience. Knowledge of IFB will be profitable. 
 Duty Station Head Office

 • Training in IFB is profitable.
