Position 1 Security Officer  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A Minimum of 12th/ 10th grade Complete per the old/ new curriculum with a minimum of three years experience from known organization as security officer, police, military services areas.   Age limit 18 – 35 years old.

Position 2 MANAGER REVENUE MANAGEMENT  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  

A Minimum of BA Degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing or any other business-related field with 9 years applicable experience out of which three years in supervisor or original capacity  OR  MA Degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality/ Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing or any other business-related fields with 7 years of applicable experience out of which three years in supervisor or original capacity  

Essential Competencies It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions 

PMS/ Opera, STR, Syinx Hotel Rez Portal, Review- Pro, OTA- Insight, Expedia,Booking.com, and.Trip Systems. 

complete oral and spoken English communication skills. 

Good communication skills and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. 

Strong leadership skills

Position 3 Manager Marketing & Communication  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  

BA Degree in Business-related field of studies with a minimum of 9 years applicable work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing, Marketing and Public Relations, or account management out of which a minimum of five years in directorial or original capacity. OR  MA Degree in Business related field of studies with a minimum of 7 years applicable work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing or account management out of which a minimum of three years in directorial or original capacity. The Experience must be with an international hostel chain.  

Essential Competencies It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions 

Possess creative writing skills and strong knowledge of advertising media planning 

passion for Marketing & Communication 

suitable to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers

Position 4 Team Leader Training & Dev’t  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  

A Minimum of BA Degree in Management/ Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business Management/ Accounting in any business-related field of study from a recognized college/ university with a minimum of 6 years Hotel/ applicable experience OR MA Degree in Management/ Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business Management/ Accounting any business related field of study from a recognized council/ university with a minimum of 4 years Hotel/ applicable experience.  

Position 5 Team Leader Personnel  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  

A Minimum of BA Degree in Management/ Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business Management/ Accounting in any business-related field of study from an honored college/ university with a minimum of 6 years Hotel/ applicable experience  OR  MA Degree in Management/ Personnel Management/ HR operation/ Business Management/ Accounting any business related field of study from a recognized college/ university with a minimum of 4 years Hotel/ applicable experience.

Position 6 Supervisor Security 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE   BA/ BSc Degree in any fields of studies from a recognized TVET/ College/ university with a minimum of 6 years applicable experience  OR  A Minimum of College Diploma/ 10 3/ Level III Certificate in any fields of studies from a recognized TVET/ College/ university with a minimum of 8 years applicable experience.  

Position 7 DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  BA Degree in Business-related field of studies with a minimum of 10 years applicable work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing or account management out of which a minimum of five years in directorial or original capacity.  OR  MA Degree in Business related field of studies with a minimum of 8 years applicable work experience in hospitality sales & Marketing or account management out of which a minimum of three years in directorial or original capacity. The Experience must be with an international hotel chain.
