Position 2: Human Resource Assistant 

Education and Training 
 • TVET level 2 years or related field

Position 3: Senior Architect 

Qualifications/ Skills 
 • M.Sc/ B.Sc. Degree in Architecture or related field 

General Experience 4 – 6 years as a designer applicable work experience 

Education and Related Work Experience 
 • Degree in architecture. 
 • Exposure to interior design and knowledge of different design 
 • Excellent specialized drawing skills. 
 • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Lumion, 3d- max or analogous rendering and design software. ( AutoCAD and Revit  obligatory) 
 • Experience in renovation and interior design 
 • Strong creative and visualization skills

Position 4: Store Keeper 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION/ TRAINING 
 • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management. 
 • Familiarity with standard concepts and stylish practices in stockroom or storehouse terrain. 
 • Analytical mind with the capability to make accurate fine calculations. 
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and operation. 
 • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time. 
 • Physical ability to constantly lift and carry accoutrements importing up to 20 KG, and occasionally up to 30 Kilograms. 
 • Ability to safely and legally operate forklifts. 
 • Minimum of TVET level 2 years and over. 
 • 2 years of experience in stock keeping,  force control, or recordkeeping. 
 • Valid Driver’s license and willingness to acquire and maintain forklift instrument has an else advantage. 

Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS 
 • Demonstrated specialized ability, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively with others at all levels; 
 • Well organized and able to act professionally and ethically; 
 • Good skills in computer applications. 
 • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications/ Skills 
 • M.Sc/ B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineer or related field 
 Education and Related Work Experience 
 • Experience in electrical design works 
 • Experience in building installation 
 • Data system 
 • CCTV and sound system is  obligatory 
 • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and  outfit 
 • Work on  systems related to power generation, distribution, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
