Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of relevant banking experience.
- IFB Certification: An added advantage.
Location: Mota, Jawi, Bichena, and Bambasi
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Three (3) years of relevant banking experience.
- IFB Certification: An added advantage.
Location: Bambasi, Jawi, Bichena, and Dire Dawa
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of relevant banking experience.
- IFB Certification: An added advantage.
Location: Mota, Jawi, and Bichena
Position 4: Senior District Digital Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of experience, with two (2) years in a related area.
- IFB Certification: An added advantage.
Location: South District
Position 5: Branch Manager
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of experience in banking operations.
- IFB Certification: An added advantage.
Location: Woldia, Bambasi, Sherkole, Jawi, and Bichena
Note:
- Training in IFB is an added advantage.
