Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, social science or connected fields.
Experience: operating expertise of 4 (4) years as a client Service Officer & money Operations. data of IFB are advantageous.
Duty station : Branches in Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualifications: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or connected fields
Experience: Banking operation expertise of 4 (4) years for Masters and 6 (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of that MBA/MA 2 (2) years and BA (3) years of expertise in superior positions is needed.
Duty station: Branches in Addis Ababa, afloat seven kg and Worabe.
Position 4: Customer Service Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in promoting, Accounting, Management, social science or connected fields.
Experience: operating expertise of 1 (1) year as a client Service Officer. data of IFB are advantageous.
