Position 1: Training Specialist
Requirement
Bachelor Degree or original qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT or other related fields.
Good communication and coordination skills, and suitable to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
Understand introductory principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge and process development, be suitable to design training service delivery solutions and operate learning projects.
Fresh graduate with excellent academic result and passionate learning station is encouraged to apply.
Position 2: Senior Account Manager
Requirements for professional knowledge
Master the introductory knowledge of the financial industry and understand the development and trend of the financial industry.
Possess certain knowledge accumulation in enterprise business- related domains.
Have experience in developing enterprise businesses, not limited to large enterprises, education, finance, digital government, transportation, and security.
Have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Clear thinking, good communication and coordination skills;
Have certain market planning abilities and insights into openings in the industry.
Position 3: Ecosystem operation Manager
Requirements for professional knowledge
Have experience in organizing large- scale brand activities and related cultivation abilities.
Understand channel development models
similar as distribution and ISV.
Cloud- related( including IT, big data, HPC, and AI) Domain, or asub-sector of industry experience is preferred.
Position 4: Customs Clearance Manager
Requirements
Excellent and solid Knowledge of Congo DRC customs clearance Import/ Export laws and regulations.
6- 5 years of experience working in customs clearance domain.
Strong negotiation skills.
Open inclined
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Excel.
Good English/ French – Communication & Correspondence.
Better to know ICT product.
Position 5: Contact Center Technology Engineer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5 years of hands- on experience designing, deploying and supporting contact center systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire and ability to continuously learn new technologies
Position 6: AAA Technology Engineer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5 years hands- on experience with AAA protocols, platforms and systems
Expertise with RADIUS, Diameter, TACACS authentication protocols
Hands- on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei AAA infrastructure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to continuously expand knowledge of emerging AAA technologies
Position 7: VAS Technology Engineer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5 years industry experience in VAS technologies like SMS, USSD, VMS, CRBT
Hands- on experience deploying, integrating and supporting VAS servers
Knowledge of VAS protocols, integration interfaces and network elements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to continuously expand knowledge of emerging VAS solutions
