Position 1 Junior and Senior Researchers/ Consultants
Job Conditions
• At least master’s degree rather in exploration, economics, business administration, development studies, monitoring and evaluation, statistics, data wisdom, business analytics, marketing, public health, and other exploration related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree holders with exceptional academic performance and gift in exploration may also apply.
• For master’s degree holders, CGPA of3.6 or over( of a possible4.0) or original score at both at graduate and undergraduate situations from a estimable and an accredited university.
• For aspirants with only bachelorette’s degree, CGPA of3.8 and over or original score is needed.
• Outstanding and broad quantitative and qualitative exploration moxie
• Excellent written and oral communication chops • Ignorance in English language is a must • Capability to work collaboratively within and across brigades
• Strong statistical and fine aptitude.
• Demonstrated capability with statistical modeling, experimental design, exploration design, slice, clustering, data reduction, confidence intervals, testing modeling or prophetic modeling
• Proficiency in one or further statistical programs, as well as advanced- position MS Office chops
• Capability to communicate the most complex analytics and results in a clear, accessible approach, written and verbal, to both internal and external guests
• Detail- acquainted and largely- organized, suitable to consult on multiple systems and tasks contemporaneously, and have an logical mindset
• Excellent time operation and prioritization, suitable to succeed in a fast- paced terrain
• Enjoys problem- working, group brainstorming, and other innovative thinking
Position 2 Business Development Manager
Job Conditions
• Master’s degree in marketing operation, business operation or related fields with CGPA of2.8 and over in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication( verbal and spoken) & donation chops • At least two times experience in business development, deals, marketing or affiliated field.
• Strong communication and concession chops.
• Capability to manage complex systems andmulti-task.
• Excellent organizational chops.
• visionary, and suitable to work singly and with minimum supervision.
• complete in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other operations software.
• Comfortable using a computer for colorful tasks.
• Excellent logical, problem- working, and data operation chops
• Computer knowledge( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visioetc.)
• Ignorance in both English and Amharic is needed.
