Position 1: Sales Officer 

Qualifications 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
 • Proven experience in sales or a related role is desirable. 
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 
 • A self-starter with a visionary approach to achieving goals. 
 We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for relating new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities 
 • Identify and pursue new deals leads and opportunities. 
 • Develop and maintain connections with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 
 • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and assiduity trends. 
 • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 
 • Meet and exceed sales targets. 
 • Collaborate with the marketing platoon to produce effective sales strategies. 
 • Maintain accurate records of sales activities. 
 • Provide feedback to management on request trends and customer requirements. 

Position 2 Reporters 

Required Qualification 
 • A strong passion for journalism and a commitment to pursuing it as a career. 
 • Willingness to work flexible hours. 
 • Fluent command of the English language. 
 • Strong writing and communication skills. 
 • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. 
 • Attention to detail and critical thinking. 

Successful applicants are expected to 
 • Attentively listen, understand, and write investigative articles, feature stories, and logical pieces. 
 • Understand the profitable and business landscape. 
 • Produce five originally sourced news stories a week. 
 • Operate under strict deadlines. 
 • Communicate promptly with editors and be open to feedback. 

Position 3 OP-ED Editor 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Bachelor’s degree or original in Journalism & Communications, English literature, Business Administration, or Economics. 
 • Proven success working in a deadline-driven, high- pressure and fast-paced environment. 
 • Deep understanding of digital content consumption trends and strategies. 
 • Fluent writing, editing, and communication skills in the English language. 
 • Attention to detail and critical thinking. 
 • Well-versed with legal and ethical considerations in journalism. 
 • Willingness to work flexible hours. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 • Produce at least two articles of their own in a week. 
 • Review submitted articles and edit them to uphold Fortune’s editorial norms. 
 • Familiarize themselves with online and offline exchanges on arising issues. 
 • Search, identify, recruit, and deploy opinion writers with perceptive perspectives. 
 • Constantly communicate with a different team of contributing writers, ensuring a timely article is submitted. 
 • Make sure articles meet legal and ethical considerations while presented compellingly. 
 • Collaborate with editors, photographers, designers, and cartoonists to maintain the integrity of content. 

Position 4 Graphics Designer 

Requirements 
 • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role. 
 • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other applicable design software. 
 • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and attention to detail. 
 • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. 
 • Ability to work in a  systematized manner and meet deadlines 
 • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with both print and digital media is a plus. 
 Preferred Qualifications 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
 • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus. 
 • Familiarity with UX/ UI design principles. 

Position 5 Deputy Editor-In-Chief 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 
 • Editorial experience, preferably in a leadership role. 
 • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 
 • Strong organizational and project management abilities. 
 • Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and social media. 
 • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
 • Candidates must be fluent in English, have an exceptional background in writing and research in policy-making, particularly financial and financial policies, and have a keen eye for what makes a good story. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 • The successful candidate will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and editorial manager to identify compelling stories and create editorial packages for both online and print forms. 
 • The candidate will be involved in content development, trafficking, and quality control as well as working with the design team in marrying content to visual concepts and page designs and the digital team in coordinating print and online content. 
 • Priority will be accorded to campaigners who have proof of experience in content and production operation, vast content and copy editing skills, and solid directorial skills. 
 • Collaborate with writers, editors, and contributors to develop compelling content. 
 • Edit and proofread articles to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. 
 • Manage editorial calendars and timelines to meet publishing deadlines. 
 • Conduct regular meetings with the editorial team to discuss content strategy and progress. 
 • Monitor industry trends and audience preferences to inform editorial decisions. 
 • Represent the publication at industry events and conferences. 
 • Selecting and editing articles for a daily publication, supervising and supporting reporters, and pitching ideas and leads each week. 

Position 6 Creative Art Director 

Qualifications 
 • Training in Graphic Design, Fine trades, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
 • Minimum of five years of experience in an elderly design role, preferably within a media or publishing environment. 
 • Proven experience managing a creative team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. 
 • Expertise in design software  similar as Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
 • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including print, digital, and multimedia. 
 • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. 
 • Ability to work late hours under pressure, manage multiple systems, and meet tight deadlines. 
 • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. 

Preferred Skills 
 • Experience in stirring graphics and video production. 
 • Familiarity with UX/ UI design principles for digital platforms. 
 • Knowledge of web design and development( HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 
 • Understanding of photography and print editing.
