Position 1: Data Encoder 

Conditions and Qualifications 
 • High academy diploma or original qualification. 
 • complete computer skills, including MS Office applications( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.). 
 • Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus. 
 • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data. 
 • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 
 • Strong verbal and spoken communication skills. 
 • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. 
 • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. 
 • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

Position 2: Sales Officer 

Qualifications 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
 • Proven experience in sales or an analogous role is desirable. 
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 
 • A self-starter with a visionary approach to achieving goals. 

Position 3: Reporters 

Required Qualification 
 • A strong passion for journalism and a commitment to pursuing it as a career. 
 • Willingness to work flexible hours. 
 • Fluent command of the English language. 
 • Strong writing and communication skills. 
 • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. 
 • Attention to detail and critical thinking. 

Position 4: Digital Editor 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Proven experience as a Digital Editor, Social Media Manager, or analogous role. 
 • Strong proficiency in content creation tools and software. 
 • Knowledge of social media trends and stylish practices. 
 • Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language. 
 • Ability to multitask and give attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. 
 • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. 

Position 5: OP-ED Editor 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Bachelor’s degree or original in Journalism & Communications, English literature, Business Administration, or Economics. 
 • Proven success working in a deadline-driven, high- pressure and fast-paced environment. 
 • Deep understanding of digital content consumption trends and strategies. 
 • Fluent writing, editing, and communication skills in the English language. 
 • Attention to detail and critical thinking. 
 • Well-versed with legal and ethical considerations in journalism. 
 • Willingness to work flexible hours. 

Position 6: Graphics Designer 

Requirements 
 • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or analogous role. 
 • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other applicable design software. 
 • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and attention to detail. 
 • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. 
 • Ability to work in a  systematized manner and meet deadlines 
 • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with both print and digital media is a plus. 

Position 7: Deputy Editor- In- Chief 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 
 • Editorial experience, preferably in a leadership part. 
 • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 
 • Strong organizational and project management abilities. 
 • Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and social media. 
 • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
 • Candidates must be fluent in English, have an exceptional background in writing and research in policy-making, particularly financial and financial policies, and have a keen eye for what makes a good story. 

Position 8: Creative Art Director 

Qualifications 
 • Training in Graphic Design, Fine trades, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
 • Minimum of five years of experience in a senior design part,  rather within a media or publishing environment. 
 • Proven experience managing a creative team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. 
 • Expertise in design software  similar as Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
 • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including print, digital, and multimedia. 
 • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. 
 • Ability to work late hours under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. 
 • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. 

Position 9: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER 

REQUIREMENTS 
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an affiliated field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. 
 • Proven experience in  mortal resources management roles 
 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
 • complete HRIS( Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
 • Strong writing and communication skills in English. 
 • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. 
 • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
