The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services when full banking services are launched.

Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
• The job holder is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency.
Educational and Experience Requirements A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
