Position 1: Trainee Marketing Officer 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
 Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of applicable experience are encouraged to apply. 

Skills 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
 Introductory knowledge of marketing principles and ways. 
 Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Position 2: Trainee Sales and Customer Relations Officer 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field( recent graduates are encouraged to apply). 
 No previous experience is required; however, internships or part-time roles in sales or customer service are a plus. 

Skills 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 Introductory understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
 Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Position 3: Business Analyst 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
 Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related part, preferably in the ICT sector. 

Skills 
 Strong logical and problem-solving skills. 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 complete in business analysis tools and methodologies( e.g., UML, BPMN). 
 Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools( e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL). 
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
 Working Conditions Primarily office-based in Addis Ababa, with occasional travel for client meetings or project-related activities. 

Position 4: Product Owner 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
 Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or product ownership,  rather than in the ICT sector. 

Skills 
 Strong understanding of product management principles and nimble methodologies. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
 complete in  design management and product management tools( e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence). 
 Strong logical and problem-solving skills. 
 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload effectively. 
 Working Conditions Primarily office-based in Addis Ababa, with occasional travel for customer meetings or industry events. 

Position 5: Senior Sales and Customer Relations Officer 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
 Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and customer relations, with at least 2 years in a senior or administrative role. 

Skills 
 Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
 Complete in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
 Strong logical and problem-solving skills. 
 Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. 
 Working Conditions Primarily office-based in Addis Ababa, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events. 

Position 6: Senior Tender Officer 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 
 Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or tender management, with at least 2 years in an administrative or senior role. 
 Skills 
 In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and tendering regulations. 
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
 Complete in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. 
 Strong logical skills and attention to detail. 
 Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
 Working Conditions Primarily office-based in Addis Ababa, with occasional travel to meet suppliers or attend industry events. 

Position 7: Sales and Customer Relations Division Head 

Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and customer relations, with at least 4 years in a directorial role. 
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships. 
 Skills 
 Strong leadership and team management skills. 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
 Knowledge of market dynamics and customer behavior. 
 Working Conditions Office- based in Addis Ababa, with occasional trips to meet clients or attend events. 

Position 8: Strategic Consultancy Manager 

Educational Requirement 
 Strong ability to analyze data, with on hand experience developing company strategies, identify patterns, and derive  practicable insights. 
 Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization. 
 Applicable Experience 
 minimal experience of 6 years for a master’s degree and 8 years for a bachelor degree in management consulting or an  analogous strategic role, 
 Proven record of accomplishment in managing consulting projects and customer connections.
