Position Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
needed Education and Experience minimal BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/ or affiliated Departments with zero years of experience.
• Only Graduates of 2020, 2021 and 2022.
• CGPA – For women 2.75 and above
– For men3.0 and above
• Age – Below 30 years
The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit rallying and hunt for implicit guests, checks, signs andcounter-signs on tickets, ensures that correct bills and 411
are issued to guests for all deals, balances diurnal cash sale and prepares diurnal cash position.
