Africa Ventures Trading PLC is diversified consumer goods, building materials and agrarian products trading company established further than 5 years ago. We've quickly grown to include over 50 SKUs within our product portfolio and cover a wide range of Ethiopia and plan to soon expand into indigenous requests. We're seeking a highly systematized and visionary individuals.
Africa Ventures Trading would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Store Assistant
Qualifications
High academy parchment or fellow.
Minimum of 2 times of working experience.
previous experience in force operation, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or software is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move items as required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Position 2: Data Encoder C Reporting Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
Proven experience in data entry, reporting, or a related logical role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and other data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Strong logical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data insights tonon-technical stakeholders.
Position 3: Human Resource and Administration Assistant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience
previous experience in an HR support or executive role is preferred.
Strong organizational and record- keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite( Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
