Position 1: Office Assistant 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education: Diploma or BA degree in office administration, management, business administration, or a related field. 
Experience: At least two years of applicable work experience in office administration or pastoral work. Experience working with civil society organizations is an added advantage.

Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the finance and administration officer, the office assistant will provide administrative, clerical, and logistical support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of AWPSI’s office operations. The office assistant will also support documentation management, office organization, and introductory logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events. 

Position 2: Accountant 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education: BA degree in accounting or a related field. 
Experience at least five years of applicable work experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration. Experience working with civil society organizations or development programs is an advantage. 
Workplace: Addis Ababa 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the finance and administrative officer, the accountant will support the financial management and accounting functions of AWPSI. The position holder will help in maintaining fiscal records, processing payments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational programs and patron requirements.

Position 3: Communication Officer 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education: BA or above in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field. 
Experience 
At least five years of analogous work experience is required. The candidate should be suitable to work independently—with minimal supervision and guidance from supervisors. Demonstrated and expansive social media experience is an added advantage. 
Skills 
Excellent written and oral Amharic and English communication skills are required. He or she should have advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher). Candidates with introductory design and layout skills and complete competence in using Adobe Photoshop and PageMaker are an added advantage. 
Required Skill

Job Summary 
Under the guidance of the deputy director, assume primary responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies to promote AWPSI’s programs. The Communication Officer will also be responsible for developing partnerships with other applicable organizations and with the AWPSI Network to disseminate information and create awareness about topical WPS issues and AWPSI’s programs and activities.
