Position 1 Tax Accountant
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Accounting/ Accounting and finance with a minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Review Management Reconciliation File.
Prepare and post journals for finance functions.
Draft Policies and Procedures. Monitor SAP Compliance.
Monitor Internal Audit Findings closeouts.
Manage Balance Sheet Accounts. Effect the yearly FI close procedures which initiate the close of the accounting ledger for the period in question. diurnal cash flow planning. ( preparation of all internal and external fiscal reports related to treasury, and cash management). Provides advice to the Manager on all areas of cash management and investments. Review the Cash Flow requirements report to ensure funds availability to meet functional requirements. Prepare forecasts to project company cash positions in the short run and the near future Re-values FX-denominated balance sheet accounts as required for the preparation of financial statements Reconciliations/ information reported to the receiver is 100 accurate and biddable with CCBA and Statutory regulations. Payment is made to the Receiver of Revenue by the last day of every month Journals are completed with 100 accuracy Reconciliation diversions are inked, reported, and answered within one month of diversions being linked Rapprochements are completed yearly and submitted timeously to the Manager for review. Rapprochements for balance distance accounts are conducted as per finance programs and procedures. Critical outstanding items on yearly balance distance rapprochements are resolved. Periodic tax returns are filed timorously.

Position 2 Production Team Leader
Skills, Experience & Education First Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is structured to report to the separate Manufacturing Unit Manager and will be responsible for leading the SBU in the execution of the production plan, ensuring that the product meets all quality specifications, asset care through independent maintenance tasks, and the resolution of production problems. Key Duties & Responsibilities Coach team members in the correct prosecution of their tasks( functional and specialized). Communicates work practice deployment plans and ensures team buy-in.
Ensuring that team members understand and cleave to the functional, quality, and process standards, work instructions and maintenance schedules, work practice deployment plans, and performance targets. Check that the team members, carry out required independent maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift by work instructions and maintenance schedules. Ensure that the team members understand and cleave to quality norms. Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure platoon alignment. Train and support team members in using the correct problem-working techniques( similar to 5Why, quick fix, OPL’setc.) to solve situational problems.
Ensure that SIC mechanisms are in place to track and monitor waste(e.g. mass balance).

Position 3 Quality Controller
Skills, Experience & Education First Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical/ Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment. The incumbent will report directly to the separate Production team leader and will be responsible for covering the quality control environment and conducting tests and analysis to control and ensure compliance with quality requirements of products, processes, and packaging across the Supply Chain.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Examiner and Analyze Package Quality Monitor and Analyze Process and Product Quality to Ensure compliance with Business Systems( including SC Ways, Internal Quality, and Food Safety systems as well as Coca-Cola requirements) Maintain Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards to Support the establishment of nonstop improvement programs to for Quality Process Capability

Position 4 Quality Assurance Quality Controller
Skills, Experience & Education First Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical/ Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that real-time quality control systems are implemented and that ensure bottling process meets the KO and group standards for manufacturing, product, and package quality Index.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct process capability for all lines as per the KO requirement, document and report the result; and apply corrective actions upon deviations. Ensure the Infinity QS program is upgraded and all the QC records are uploaded into the system. Identify the root cause for non-conformances and deviations from targets and implement applicable corrective conduct. All process parameters for water treatment, saccharinity medication, and final products are captured in Infinity QS for SPC. Manufacturing sensitive program completely implemented and shared in a daily proficiency scheme.
Design and implement online quality monitoring processes using Davis software.
Regulates the effectiveness of visual management of the quality parameters online.
